This customer asked for a refund on September 17th which was a Saturday. The customer was informed that we respond to support tickets within 72hrs excluding weekends. The customer then posted this negative comment on September 19th. The customer did not give our company 72hrs to respond to his request even though we made this clear. We responded to this ticket within 72hrs and refunded him in full as promised. The customer is now fully satisfied and this issue is resolved. This post was the fault of the customer and we kept every promise we made to a T.

It has been 3 days since I requested a refund and still haven't gotten one.Ordered the program about 2 weeks ago.

Starting to think this service is just a scam. Im waiting for them to refund me as it is, invoice number is #13703.

There are pictures on his site that says "30 day money back guarantee" and then others that say you must take action within the first 3 weeks to get your refund, which I did and sent over to the support team.

It also states that if you request a refund, Sam will "Personally write you a $100 check" so I'm waiting to see if that will ever come, but I'm still waiting for the current refund.It has not been a pleasant experience with them.
