UNRESOLVED - Sam Ovens refuses to give me a refund.This business is a scam.
Be very careful and do your research before you buy into the hype. If you discover that the program is not for you, you have to go through a totally bogus process to get a refund.
So figure it out before you hand over your hard earned cash.This business lacks integrity and basically takes your money.

I attended a webinar Sam Ovens gave about building a successful consulting business.. His pitch was a lot of hyperbole with promises of success. Sadly I fell for it, not quite understanding that it's all based in digital marketing which is not something I am interesting in building or pursuing. I paid $1,997 for a program that doesn't fit me.
I did give it considered thought. He has a private Facebook page for consulting training members and I read and watched it for weeks. I listened in on a couple of the weekly calls and found them to little more than oversell. I finally decided it is not the program for me and asked for a refund. Two emails from the support team were short and barely polite and just reiterated that I was not eligible for a refund. Apparently, not only was I past the indefensible 30 day mark but, he asks people to jump through hoops to get a refund. The details are buried in the FAQs and one has to go through three weeks of the training and THEN show proof that you did that before getting a refund. What?? What kind of company requires customers to prove they deserve a refund? I call that theft. One person had to fight to *prove* they had pneumonia before getting a refund!
This is flat out terrible customer service. Terrible. I have not opened or used any of the training - much like returning an item to a store, I want to return it clean and pristine and unused. Sam Ovens should take a page out of Nordstrom's book and cheerfully refund money especially if someone hasn't even 'opened' the package. He claims to be a millionaire so refunding me my money would be less than a rounding error for him. I have found the whole experience incredibly distasteful and dishonest. I am angry and upset and will never, ever recommend that anyone sign up for this program unless they are willing to lose $2,000.
This person wrote the review because of return, exchange or cancellation policy of ovens enterprises program from Ovens Enterprises. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $1997 and wants Ovens Enterprises to issue a full refund.
The most disappointing in user's experience was refund policy. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
