On March 31st, I signed up for the Consulting Accelerator by accepting the finance charge of $391, and agreeing to pay $597 per month for 4 consecutive months.However, as I was unemployed and in a rigorous software development program, I didn't have the time or money to make the system work.
I ended up maxing out my credit card and losing access to the system.
I emailed Sam about this, asking to complete the program later, and he referred me to customer support.I reached out to customer support for a refund of my first payment (from March 31st) of $597 over a week ago, and I still have not heard back from them.
