This customer as they stated purchased on March 31st and the requested a refund on October 15th, that's 7 months since purchase and we offer a 30 day refund window, not 7 months. We informed the customer of this and this issue is now resolved.

On March 31st, I signed up for the Consulting Accelerator by accepting the finance charge of $391, and agreeing to pay $597 per month for 4 consecutive months. However, as I was unemployed and in a rigorous software development program, I didn't have the time or money to make the system work.

I ended up maxing out my credit card and losing access to the system.

I emailed Sam about this, asking to complete the program later, and he referred me to customer support.I reached out to customer support for a refund of my first payment (from March 31st) of $597 over a week ago, and I still have not heard back from them.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Gadareth is quite happy with course content and hope of making money doing something i loved and stated that there is a room for improvement of refund policy and ignores my email. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss return, exchange or cancellation policy of ovens enterprises customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $597. Ovens Enterprises needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
