This issue has now been resolved and the customer has been in communication with our support department to fix this issue.

I spend all my savings for this program for 1,997 dollars in oct 15.The same day I email support ask for refund, it had been over a week now that I have not gotten answer back on when the money will be back on my account.

This is a personal emergency matter.

i had no choice but to complain and try everything I can to reach them to get their attention.Filling out DA complain from at the police station is next to try to get my money back .
