This customer contacted us while we were in the middle of a big promotion and we didn't respond to their support ticket fast enough. The customer submitted the ticket and then complained online 3 days after because we still hadn't responded to the ticket. This is our fault 100% and we take full responsibility for dropping the ball with this one. The customer has now been contacted and refunded as requested.

Its been 4 days and i am still receiving marketing emails but no response from customer service indicating when i can get a redund. This is really upsetting and i feel cheated.

I received emails from sam ovens group last week to attend a webinar. i signed up for the webinar on 20th aug where offer to purchase 6 wks of accelerated consulting course was made for 1997$. After struggling to sign up due to technical issues with the website, i emailed the support team. Since this was a one day offer i really wanted tondiscuss the offer with the support staff before purchasing. When no one replied back to my email for about 30.mins i tried again and the system was working. I purchased this course but i couldnt select the monthly plan because of technical issues. So i got the full payment plan thinking its a one day offer.

To my surprise this wasnt a one day offer since im still getting emails with the same offer even though ive purchased the offer. Also,I ended up paying 2574 cad$ instead of 1997$ as mentioned. I have maxed out my credit card without even knowing.

Even though this is a million dollar business their website is so basic and had no clarity on the currency ill be changed in. Although i signed up from canada i ended up paying in us dollars with no prior information. I have never delt with such an unprofessional org. Before. Their support team has not replied back to my emails with refund request foe last 3 days.

Although I have been emailing 10 mins from the time of purchase to get a refund, there is no response.

However i am getting 1-2 emails/day from this company with webinar requests and other marketing promos.

I just need a refund for my money since i wasnt prepared to spend tgis amount right away and there is no way i can afford to pay back on my credit card.

I read good reviews about sam but there are enough complaints about their refunc policies.

All i need is a refund ASAP else im in some financial trouble.

This has been a stressful and a bad experience.

Here is a copy of my last email i sent on aug21st.

I have been trying to contact since yesterday right after i made the payment. I still havent heard back from anyone in your office. I havent accessed the course yet and would like to request for a refund. Since it isnt was clearly stated on your website as to what currency i had to pay the fee in.

I have ended up paying 2574 cad dollars that i wasnt expecting. This was really misleading. Although i signed up from canada your website has charged in US dollars and im really disappointed. I wont be able to afford this amount and has maxed out my credit card limit. I have informed my bank about this too and they have asked me to request for a refund. If i dont receive this in next 15 days then they will have to dispute this with your bank.

Before charging me this amount, there should have been an indication that i will be paying in us dollars or canadian.
