I signed up with the Sam Ovens consultant accelerator program.He said that it was only available for a set amount of time, so when I didn't hear anything back after that time had passed, I contacted them.
I was told there was no record of me ever having purchased the program and they did not know what I was talking about. Luckily, I kept all my emails and was able to show them my receipt from the purchase. I sent them that proof of purchase and stated that if my information could still not be found that I would have to ask for a refund of my money plus the 100 dollars Sam said he would give back for "wasting my time". While I was very impressed from his webinar and the work he
claims to have done, contacting his help desk is a fruitless enterprise.
And after I sent them my proof of purchase they stopped returning my emails.And as there is no number to call, I was not able to get any further information.
