This customer asked for a refund on September 16 and we refunded them on September 19th. When the customer submitted their ticket we informed them that it takes up to 72hrs to process refunds however the customer decided to post this comment online after less than 24hrs. As soon as our support team got to this ticket we refunded it in full and responded to the customer, this was all done within the specified timeframe and we kept all of our promises to a T. It is unfair that this customer posted online after just 24hrs when we specified upfront that it could take 72hrs however we understand than our response times are still not perfect and we are working hard to make them better. This customer is now fully refunded, fully satisfied and this issue is now resolved.

I have been contacting the billing department for the past 5 days.When I signed up through the webinar, Sam Ovens said you have nothing to lose and if you do not get a client your first 30 days I will refund you plus give you 100 dollars on top.

I just found out that I have to pcs, which is a mandatory move. I emailed them regarding my refund at the 30 days to let them know regarding all my circumstances I cannot continue at this time and this program was not for me at this time.

I continued to get the same automatic email asking for more money for the program.No one has responded regarding my refund!
