I asked the company to give me a refund within the 30 day period on May 7th wanting instructions on how to get a refund but no reply there.I received a confirmation email telling me that I should receive a reply within 48 hours so I waited.

Then no response in a week so I resent an email and they told me they can't refund because it was 31 days. I sent another email telling them that I sent one within 30 day period and they told me to stick with the program and it should work. I thought that it meant I have to be in the program for longer so I emailed them again on again on October as I sent 600+ messages like how it is recommended in the program but saw no results so asked them for a refund. At first they said that they can't refund because they never received my email on May 7th so I had to send more than 8 emails for them to just get this.

Then, they said that I should have sent them the worksheets for the program within 30 days. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO SEND IT TO THEM WHEN THEY NEVER TOLD ME INSTRUCTIONS? I asked them to talk over the phone and they wouldn't give me their phone number. Now they are saying too much time has passed and they are not able to refund although I did my work on my part to get a refund.

Now they are ignoring my emails and never respond to emails I send.I told them I would leave FB group, delete all files, and never post about my experience but no reply from them.
