This customer purchased our program and then contacted our support team asking for a refund. Our team took far to long to respond to the customer and process his refund and we take full responsibility for this mistake. We are currently working with the customer to make sure that he is fully satisfied and apologized to for such a poor experience.

The support staff is terrible in time and actual response.The program sadly will take a lot of time to digest, but if you do not finish the first four courses or go past thirty days you will be stonewalled and no refund.
