This customer asked for a refund and it took our support team four days to get it delivered, I can understand why the customer has complained as this service is simply not acceptable and we take full responsibility for this. We refunded the customer on the 4th day and apologized for dropping the ball. The customer is now fully satisfied and happy with the outcome.

Don't expect to get a refund once you pay your money.Once he has that, you can kiss your money goodbye!

I signed up for the consulting accelerator program, then within a few days received a cancer diagnosis. They would not allow me to change my mind, even though I had downloaded NONE of the program yet. They said I had to participate in the program for 3 weeks and submit all the homework in order to get my money back. It doesn't say that anywhere on the site, but they claim it does.

They are just setting up artificial obstacles to keep me from getting my money back. Do you think at this time I have the time or the emotional bandwidth to do this course for 3 weeks when I am facing life and death issues??? No cooperation.

The most disappointing about ovens enterprises customer care at Ovens Enterprises was staff 1st rejected refund request , but reviewer liked he honored his word gave me refund. I didn't realize you had to pay money for this program.I guess if you don't have it to pay, then there is no reason to watch the video.

I have been unemployed for a little more than 2 years. At 51, soon to be 52 on the 31st of this month, I am wondering where I should go for the next chapter in my life. I'll keep looking.

Thanks for the positive input.Sam seems to have a good aura and energy around him, so it's good to see when things are resolved to customer satisfaction as customer service is something I have always believed in and practiced for about 40 years.

CORRECTION: When my dissatisfaction was brought to Sam's attention, he refunded my money right away.Unfortunately, the initial delay was due to an overzealous employee who didn 't have a whole lot of common sense.
