I signed up for the consulting accelerator program, then within a few days received a cancer diagnosis. They would not allow me to change my mind, even though I had downloaded NONE of the program yet. They said I had to participate in the program for 3 weeks and submit all the homework in order to get my money back. It doesn't say that anywhere on the site, but they claim it does.
They are just setting up artificial obstacles to keep me from getting my money back. Do you think at this time I have the time or the emotional bandwidth to do this course for 3 weeks when I am facing life and death issues??? No cooperation.

The most disappointing about ovens enterprises customer care at Ovens Enterprises was staff 1st rejected refund request , but reviewer liked he honored his word gave me refund. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
