This customer contacted us asking if we provided telephone support, we said we didn't and only email support. The customer then got angry and compared us to Amazon and Nordstrom. This customer must have been confused about what they purchased and the size of our company. We refunded the customer and this matter is now resolved. bought product based upon making major $

while advertising yourself as a consultant on facebook.

note: no background needed although one claims they are a consultant.

realistically no one will buy hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of services thru a facebook " talk ". too much hot air being sold. also you are paying for leads. would you buy anything on the phone / major telemarketing from a stranger ?

when contacting support for refund; got scolded this was made clear to you take action. hello ? cannot even log in; no phone support; back and forth - reply such as I don't know what you mean.

bigger brands all stand behind their product. not selling hot air over the phone. very disappointed in this and cannot recommend.
