After watching Sams webinars and talking to his admin on the live chat, I decided that I would give this course a shot, being especially influenced by the 30 day guarantee and the repetitive mantra of no risk and money back if you don't get a client.After 3 weeks of making notes and studying the content I decided that I had perhaps been very naive and Committed to something that just wasn't for me.
At this point I emailed and asked for a refund, to which I was informed that I needed to complete 3 weeks of the course. At no point during the webinar or in the website does it explicitly say that in order to get a refund you need to complete the 3 weeks, this is a horrible tactic to use on customers, it is apparent that I joined the program on false pretenses, it seems I am not the only one.
This email was followed by a debilitating illness which gave me little time to complete the course work. However I completed the work to best of my ability with the little time and resources I had within the 30 day deadline.
It has now been more than 3 days and I still have not received a refund or a reply after sending them my work. This whole process has been extremely draining on me personally. I feel as if I have been sweet talked into the program and then disregarded whenever I have a query.
I hope to resolve this issue in a respectful and satisfactory manner.I do respect the course and believe it has value for certain people, but this just wasn't for me.
