This customer wrote to our support team when we were extremely busy with a big promotion and it took us 3 days to respond to their email, this is our fault and we dropped the ball - we apologize for this. The customer has since been contacted and this matter is now resolved

I ordered the product called...The Consulting Accelerator on 14th August 2016. I did not received it even four days later...still haven't received a response; except an email that stated they'll respond in 1-3 days. Zero respond as of today (18 August 2016). I submitted three emails asking for refund. No response.

I contacted PayPal regarding this matter already; they are investigating this complaint. I will file a complaint with BBB if I don't have resolution in the next six hours. Sam Ovens is a crook. I really though he was an honest business human being with integrity. I was wrong. I will pursue this matter until I get my full refund!! When I called his phone number listed...a message stated that his office is busy.
