This customer asked for a refund outside of the 30-day refund window as we did not approve the request. Our 30-day refund window means 30-days from purchase date of product to use the program and ask for a refund. Outside of the 30-days we do not approve refund requests. Read more

This customer purchased a program from our company which came with a very clear 30-day money back guarantee. This was stated multiple times and as clear as we could possibly state it. The customer asked for a refund outside of the 30-days and we declined to process the refund for obvious reasons. This customer asked for a refund and we asked the customer to complete weeks 1-3 since that is our refund policy and its clearly stated when purchasing the program. The customer can still get a refund but we are asking them to do weeks 1-3 which is our standard practice. Read more

This customer purchased our program and then contacted our support team asking for a refund. Our team took far to long to respond to the customer and process his refund and we take full responsibility for this mistake. Sam Ovens Enterprises - Very BAD customer service!!! No refund after submitting my work despite their policy of refunding you – THEY JUST IGNORE YOU!!!

This customer asked for a refund and our company was late getting to his support ticket. The customer posted this negative review about our company on January 26th and we refunded this in full on January 26th. We take responsibility for this since it was our fault that we were late responding. The customer is now fully satisfied and refunded in full with an apology from us. Read more

Ovens Enterprises - Over half a month, no response to a refund request -- to those researching Sam Ovens, you'll want to read this.

This customer asked for a refund and it took our customer support team far to long to respond and refund the payment. This is our fault and we take full responsibility for it. We have a small customer support team and the Christmas holidays hit us hard in terms of overload and delayed response times. We got to this customers ticket eventually and refunded it in full as well as apologized and gave a gift to try and make up for the poor... Read more

This customer asked for a refund over the Christmas break and our team was slow in responding to her and refunding her payment. We got to her ticket after a few days and refunded the payment in full and made sure the customer was fully satisfied. This has now been taken care of. Read more

This customer asked for a refund on December 13th and we refunded them December 15th which is within 48hrs even though we clearly state that refunds can take up to 72hrs to process. It's unfortunate this customer was not patient enough to wait for 48hrs however this situation is now fully resolved and the customer informed and satisfied. Read more
